Continuity for customers
I Squared Capital acquired the Spire Storage natural gas storage assets in Wyoming and Oklahoma, forming Bear River Midstream as an independent midstream energy company on June 30, 2026.
The assets – now named Stallion Gas Storage and Salt Plains Gas Storage – continue operating without interruption, with the same leadership and operations teams, contracts and customer commitments in place.
