This Privacy Policy applies only to information collectedthrough the Site and related communications. It does not apply to a separate electronic bulletin board, customer portal, nomination system, vendor platform,or third-party website, even when that service is linked from the Site. Those services may have their own privacy notices and terms.

We do not knowingly send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, contact-form contents or other directly identifying information to Google Analytics.

Where a cookie-management tool is provided, you may use it to accept, reject or modify your choices regarding nonessential cookies. You may revisit your choices through the Cookie Preferences link in the Site footer.

Visitors may also use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to prevent their activity from being made available to Google Analytics. Google confirms that the add-on prevents the Analytics JavaScript used on participating websites from sharing visit activity with Google Analytics.

For example, the Site is hosted using Webflow. When native Webflow forms are used, form submissions may be stored in the Site’s Webflow account and sent to designated Bear River Midstream email recipients.

We may provide information to Bear River Midstream subsidiaries or affiliates when reasonably necessary to respond to an inquiry, operate the business or provide requested information.
Legal and Safety Purposes
We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:

Bear River Midstream does not use information collected through the Site for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising based on activity across unrelated websites or services.
This statement assumes that Google Analytics is used only for Site measurement and that advertising features, remarketing, Google Signals, advertising personalization and Google Ads integrations are not enabled.
If our practices change, we will update this Privacy Policyand provide any choices or opt-out mechanisms required by applicable law.

We may send company news or other informational communications when you request or consent to receive them.
You may unsubscribe from promotional or subscription-based emails by using the unsubscribe link included in the message or by contacting us. We may continue to send non-promotional communications that are necessaryto respond to a request, manage an existing business relationship or provide legally required information.

We retain personal information for only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for legitimate business, legal, regulatory, security and record keeping purposes.

Google Analytics user-level and event-level information will generally be retained for up to 14 months, based on the retention setting selected for Bear River Midstream’s Analytics property. Google currently permits standard Analytics properties to select a user-level retention periodof two or fourteen months.
We may retain de-identified or aggregated information forlonger periods when it can no longer reasonably be associated with an individual.

Bear River Midstream uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
No website, online form, email transmission, storage system or security measure can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should use care when deciding what information to submit online and should not send sensitive or confidential information through a general contact form.

Bear River Midstream will not unlawfully discriminate against an individual for exercising an applicable privacy right.
11. Universal Opt-Out Signals
Some browsers and extensions allow users to send a universal privacy signal, such as Global Privacy Control.
Where required by applicable law, we will recognize qualifying signals as requests to opt out of the sale of personal informationor its use for targeted advertising. Because Bear River Midstream does not currently engage in those activities through the Site, receiving such a signal should not materially change the Site experience.
12. International Visitors
Bear River Midstream and the Site are based in the United States. Personal information may be stored or processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate.
